Get the look: Winged Eyeliner

Follow my step-by-step in the April issue of Hair Magazine for the perfect winged eyeliner, one of this season’s big make-up trends. I am a big fan of this bold look and had great fun designing it on paper as well!

To create the look you need a good liquid liner.  I love the one by Couleur Caramel (unfortunately a bit of a pain to get here so have to do mail order from France – if anyone knows any different please share knowledge!!)  Elysambre’s is another great option, they have a fab charcoal grey if you find black a bit harsh for you.  I also like the one by Terre d’Oc.  I find using a black kohl pencil underneath the liquid liner can really help add density and longevity.

I was searching for a natural mascara since my eyes has developed a sensitivity that resulted in watery and sore eyes. After a lot of research I found Couleur Caramel Organic makeup that was featured in a few organic books & blogs. I ordered it from an Australian website: https://www.organicglow.com.au/couleor-caramel and since then this is the only makeup I allow myself to use. My lashes are healthy, my eyes don’t have that burning feeling anymore and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Glad you’ve found a mascara that works well for you, we are big fans of Couleur Caramel as well. Their eyeshadows are really great too, I have a lot of them in my kit.

Hi Lou. I just bought a Couleur Caramel Mascara & tinted moisturizer for my mom and she LOVED it! I can’t express enough how much we enjoy using organic makeup. I believe it is a mission to spread the word to all those women out there how using organic makeup can benefit our skin. X
